Ham and Cabbage Tossup
1 12-oz. can spiced ham
1 Bermuda onion
4 cps shredded cabbage
1 green pepper, diced
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 cp French dressing
1/4 cp mayonnaise
1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tsp paprika 1/3 cp vinegar 1 clove garlic, grated Instructions
1 - Cut meat in matchlike strips.
2 - Peel cucmbber, score and slice.
3 - Slice onion thin and separate rings.
4 - Toss all ingredients lightly with the French
dressing mixed with the mayonnaise.
5 - Serves 8 generously.
French dressing: Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
