Peanut Butter Prune Filling
6 pitted prunes, cut into small pieces
1 cp sddeless raisins, chopped
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 cp canned evaporated milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 - Cut prunes and chop raisins.
2 - Put peanut butter and salt in a bowl and blend with milk and lemon juice.
3 - Add fruit and mix well.
Sufficient for six large sandwiches.
