1 head cauliflower
2 bunches beets, sliced
2 1/2 cps cleaned brussels sprouts
2 1/2 cps string beans, cut through
4 large carrots cut in strips
1 - Cook cauliflower and carrots in one pan and all the
others in separate pans, adding 1/4 cp water, 1/2 tsp salt
and one tbsp butter or fortified margerine or drippings to
each separate vegetable.
2 - Put cauliflower in the middle of a large plate and arrange
the other vegetables around the cauliflower.
3 - Pour hot cheese sauce over the cauliflower.
