1 cp elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cps hot milk
1 cp medium fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cp grated cream cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp melted fat
1 - Cook macaroni in 1 qt boiling water with 1 tsp salt until tender.
2 - Drain and rinse in cold water.
3 - Pour hot milk over the bread crumbs and add other ingredients.
4 - Pour into well greased loaf baking dish.
5 - Pour melted fat over loaf and bake for 45 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven.
6 - Remove from oven, let stand 5 minutes.
7 - To loosen from dish, insert a knife at the edge and at the sides.
8 - Shake loose and invert on heated platter.
Leftover loaf may be sliced and browned in fat.
