Baked Beans and Wieners
2 cps navy beans
5 cps water
4 skinless wieners, cubed
1 tbsp minced onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 - Pick over beans, wash. Cover with 5 cps water, let stand overnight.
2 - Cook beans in same water, until tender. drain off liquor, save.
3 - Grease a bean pot or a 3 qt casserole.
4 - Mix all of the ingredients together and add 1 cp of liquid off beans
and pour into bean pot or casserole.
5 - Cover and bake at 235 degrees for 6 hours.
6 - If beans become dry, add more of the liquid, but have it boiling hot
