6 medium size apples
1 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
1 cp sugar or honey
4 tbsp all-purpose enriched flour
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 - Mix apples with flour.
2 - Line a 9" pie dish with pastry.
3 - Place apples in this. Dot with bits of butter or margerine.
4 - Add honey or sugar mixed with lemon juice.
5 - Add a perforated upper crust pushing it toward the center.
6 - Press edges together and trim.
7 - Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
NOTE: Brush top of the crust with sour cream yto give it an extra glaze.
