Snow Peak Pudding
6 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cp cracked wheat
1/2 cp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2ps scalded milk
2 beaqten egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites
1/4 cp sugar
1 - Mix cocoa, cereal, 1/2 cp sugar and salt.
2 - Stir into hot milk and simmer for 1 hour.
3 - Add small amount of the hot mixture to the egg yolks.
4 - Slowly stir in the remaining hot mixture.
5 - Add vanilla.
6 - Pour into a shallow, greased baking dish.
Beat egg whotes, add 1/4 cp sugar, gradually beat until mixture forms stiff peaks.
Drop by spoonfuls onto pudding.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 325 degree oven.
