Ham Baked with Apples
1 thick slice of smoked ham
2 cps thickly sliced apples
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
1 - Slas fat edges of ham and put in a utility dish.
2 - Rub with the mistard and cover the ham with the brown sugar.
3 - Place unpeeled sliced apples over the brown sugar and dot
with butter or margerine.
4 - Cover. Place in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes,
then reduce the heat to 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
5 - Remove cover the last 15 minutes in order to brown the ham.
6 - Total time - 1 hour
