Sauerkraut, Wiener, Potato Casserole
2 lbs wieners
1 No. 2 1/2 caqn sauerkraut
6 medium size potatoes
1 - Make a crown of the wieners in a large round Pyrex casserole by
putting 3 wieners on 1 toothpick and standing them up until the casserole
is filled all around.
3 - Slice the potatoes in 1/2 inch slices, place them in the bottom of crown
and pile sauerkraut on top.
4 - Bake in a 375 degreen oven for 1 hour from cold start.
