2 tbsp soya flour
1 cp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp corn syrup
2 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 - Place sugar, cocoa, corn syrup, butter and salt in pan.
2 - Add milk slowly stirring mixture so it will be smooth.
3 - Cover pan and bring to a boil.
4 - Remove cover and cook until a temperature of 240 degrees is reached,
or until a few drops in a cup of cold water form a firm soft ball.
5 - Remove from heat and cool 3 minutes by setting pan in another pan
containing cold water.
6 - Stir in soya flour and beat until mixture starts to thicken.
7 - Then pour out on a greased pan.
8 - Mark into squares before fudge gets too hard.
