Molded Cranberry Salad
1/2 lb cranberries(2 cps)
1 medium size apple, unpeeled
1 orange and rind
1/2 cp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 pkg orange-flavored gelatin
1 cp hot water
1/2 cp cold water
1/2 cp chopped celery
1 - Pick over cranberries, wash, and drain well.
2 - Grind cranberries, apple and orange, (including rind).
saving any liquid that remains.
3 - Stir in the sugar. Cover and set aside while the gelatin
is dissolved in hot water.
4 - Add the cold water and allow to become partly jellied,
then add craqnberry mixture and celery.
5 - This may be poured either into a loaf pan or individual
loaf pans that have been rinsed in cold water.
