Quick Christmas Relish

6 medium sized Green peppers
6 medium sized sweet red peppers
2 stalks celery
2 medium-sized Bermuda Onions
3/4 tbsp salt
3/4 cp sugar
1 1/2 cps cider vinegar
1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 - Wash vegetables and drain.
2 - Cut peppers in half; remove seeds and fiber.
3 - Cut leaves from celery.
4 - Peel onions.
5 - Put all vegetables through food grinder, using medium knife.
6 - Combu=ine remaining ingredients in an agate or enamel kettle; het to boiling; add ground vegetables.
7 - Boil 10 minutes (loosely covered).
8 - Stir frequently with wooden or enamel spoon.
9 - Seal at once in hot sterile glass jars.
