Apple, Orange, and Mint Relish

1 cp applesauce
1/2 cp chopped washed fresh mint leaves
1 - Grate orange, chop pulp, and remove seeds.
2 - Combine peel and pulp with applesauce; add mint.
Makes 2 cups.
