Carrot and Parsley Relish

1 cp grated scraped carrots
2 tbsp freshly cut parsley
1 tbsp finely-cut chives
1 tbsp finely cut pickled onions
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
thick sour cream
1 - Combine carrots, parsley, chives and onions.
2 - Add Worcestershire to French dressinbg and moisten carrot mixture.
3 - Add just enough very thick sour cream to hold mixture together.
4 - Serve very cold.
Makes about 1 1/4 cps
