Celery and Pepper Relish

6 stalks celery, washed and chopped
2 green peppers, washed, choppee, seeds and fiber discarded
1 canned pimiento, drained and chopped fine
2 tbsp prepared horse-radish
1 cp tiny pickled onions
1/2 tsp oregano
Durkee's mustard dressing
1 - The success of this relish depends on very fine chopping of celery and peppers.
2 - Combine all ingredients, add the special dressing or your favorite mustard sauce to moisten and blend.
Makes 3 1/2 to 4 cps
