1 qt cranberries
1 large orange
4 ripe eating apples
3 cps sugar
1 - Wash cranberries and drain.
2 - Wash orange, slice, and remove seds.
3 - Wash, pare, and core apples.
4 - Put all together through a grinder using a medium knife.
5 - Mix with sugar.
6 - Store in glass jar or bowl in refrigerator. Will keep a week or longer.
Makes 2 quarts
