Currant and Orange Peel Relish

1 cp dried currants, washed, soaked, drained
1 cp grated orange peel
1 or 2 small sweet gherkins, cut very fine
1 - Combine currants, orange peel, and pickles.
2 - Moisten with French dressing.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups
