Ginger and Pickle Relish

1/2 cp finely-chopped preserved ginger
1 or 2 small sweet pickles, chopped fine
1/2 cp grated orange peel
1 - Combine ginger, pickles, and orange peel.
2 - Moisten to taste with French dressing.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
