Olive and Horse-Radish Relish

1 cp chopped ripe olives
1 tbsp prepared horse-radish
1/2 canned pimiento, minced fine
1 - Blend olives, horse-radish, and pimiento
2 - Add just enough mayonnaise to bind.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
