Pepper, Pickle, and Cabbage Relish

1 sweet red pepper
1 green pepper
1 cp finely cut crisp cabbage
1 small cucumber, chopped fine
1 or 2 gherkins, chopped fine
1 - Wash peppers, drain, cut open, and remove seeds and fiber.
2 - Chop or cut peppers into very fine bits.
3 - Combine with cabbage, cucumber, and gherkins.
4 - Moisten with French dressing.
5 - Have all ingredients cold.
Makes about 2 1/4 cps
