Quick Minted Raisin Relish

1 cp seedless raisins
large handful washed fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp India relish
1 - Rins raisins and mint; drain thoroughly.
2 - Put through food grinder, using medium knife.
3 - Mix with India relish.
4 - Keep in refrigerator.
Makes about 1 cup
