3 tbsp flour
1 cp milk
pinch of salt
1/2 cp margerine
1/2 cp shortening
1 cp granulated or powdered sugar
1 tsp any flavor desired (1/2 lemon and 1/2 vanilla is a good combination)
1 - Dissolve flour, milk, pinch of salt.
2 - Cook until thick.
3 - Refrigerate to cool.
4 - Whwn cool add 1 cp sugar.
5 - Beat well until light and fluffy.
6 - Add 1 tsp of any flavor desired.
This mis a nice filling for cupcakes.
