Easy Butterscotch Cake
1 pkg butterscotch pudding
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg butterscotch chips
1/2 cp nuts
1/2 cp coconut
1 - Mix butterscotch puuding according to directions.
2 - Cool slightly and add yellow cake mix, egg, butterscotch chips, nuts, and coconut.
3 - Beat well.
4 - Pour batter into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan.
5 - Sprikle nuts and 1 pkg chocolate chips over top and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
This is a moist no frost cake.
