2 egg whites
pinch of salt
3/4 cp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 6 oz pkg chocolate bits or butterscotch bits
Coconut or nuts (if desired)
1 - Beat 2 egg whites and a pinch of salt until stiff.
2 - Add sugar gradually and continue beating until all is added.
3 - Beat some more with vanilla.
4 - Add the chocolate or butterscotch bits.
5 - Coconut or nuts may be added if desired.
6 - Place close together by small spoonfuls on well buttered cookie sheet.
7 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
8 - Place cookies in oven and turn off heat at once.
9 - Forget them all night or all day until oven is cold.
10 - Remove and serve.
