Noodle Beef Casserole
8 oz egg noodles (medium)
1/2 cp chopped onions
1/2 lb ground beef
3 tbsp cooking fat
<1 cp cooked tomatoesbr> 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cp cooked lima beans or corn
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 - Cook noodles.
2 - Brown onions and beef in fat, mixing well.
3 - Add tomatoes, sauce, salt and pepper.
4 - Miz separately noodles, vegetables, and soup.
5 - Place alternate layers of noodle mixture and beef mixture in casserole.
6 - Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 45 minutes.
