Baked Fish II
Approximately 2 lbs haddock or cod
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
juice of `1 lemon
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
salt and pepper
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 cp milk
1/2 cp buttered crumbs
1 tbsp parsley
1 - Sprinkle paprika salt and lemon juice over fish.
2 - Make white sauce by combining butter, flour, salt and pepper, dry mustard and milk.
3 - Pour sauce over fish in greased baking dishn.
4 - Cover top with 1/2 cp buttered bread crumbs and 1 tbsp parsley
5 - Bake at 325 degrees F. for 35 minutes
