Chicken Rice Casserole
1/2 cp wild rice (or white), not cooked
1/2 cp white rice, not cooked
1/2 cp almonds
pieces of chicken
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 pkg onion soup mix
3/4 cp water
1 - Place rice in bottom of pan.
2 - Put 1/2 cp almonds over rice (optional)
3 - Then put on pieces of chicken (as needed)
4 - Mix soups, soup mix and water and pour over top of rice and chicken.
5 - Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees F.
6 - Cover with foil first 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hor of baking.
7 - May soak wild rice a bit to be sure it gets done.
