8 slices day old bread
3 cps diced cooked chicken
1/2 cp chopped green pepper
1/2 cp chopped onion
1/2 cp chopped celery
1/2 cp salad dressing
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cp milk
1 cp cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cp sharp cheese
1 - Butter 2 slices bread and cube.
2 - Cut remaining bread in 1 inch cubes and p[lace in buttered 13 X 8 X 2 inch pan.
3 - Combine chicken, salad dressing and chopped vegetables and season with 1/2 tsp salt and dash of pepper.
4 - Spoon over bread cubes and cover with unbuttered cubes.
5 - Combine eggs and milk and pour over all.
6 - Cover and chill 6 hours or overnight.
7 - Spoon soup over top and cover with buttered cubes.
8 - Bake in slow oven 325 degrees F. for 50 minutes until set.
9 - Sprinkle cheese over top the last 5 minutes of baking.
