(Make this a day before using.)
1 env. gelatin dissolved in 4 tbsp water
1 cp boiling water
1 cp orange juice
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cp sugar<(dissolved in hot waterbr>
1 - Mix thoroughly and put in refrigerator until partially jellied.
2 - Add 1/2 pt whipped cream.
3 - Line a bowl or mold with wax paper.
4 - Break angel food cake (39 cent size) in small pieces.
5 - Lay a layer of cake, then Jello mixture alternately until all is used.
6 - Set in refrigerator to jell.
7 - When stiff, remove from mold, remove wax paper, cover with whipped cream and fresh coconut.
8 - Return to refrigerator until ready to serve.
9 - (May also be made in individual molds.)
10 - Whipped cream icing may be tinted for colorful desserts.
