Pineapple Filling for Angel Food Cake Recipe
1 pkg Knox gelatin
6 tbsp cold water
9 oz can crushed pineapple
6 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 - Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
2 - Heat crushed pineapple.
3 - Add gelatin, sugar, and lemon juice.
4 - Cool until thickened.
5 - Whip cream, add gelatin mixture.
6 - Cut 10 inch angel food in 3 layers.
7 - Put filling between and ice tops and sides.
