Pineapple and Cheese Salad Mold
1-(3 oz.) pkg lemon flavored gelatin
1 cp boiling water
3/4 cp pineapple juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/4 cps crushged pineapple
1 cp shredded Cracker Barrel brand sharp cheddar cheese
1 cp heavy cream, whipped
1 - Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add pineapple juice and lemon juice.
2 - Chill until slightly thick.
3 - Fold in crushed pineapple, cheese, and whipped cream.
4 - Pour into 1 1/2 qt mold; chill until firm.
5 - Unmold.
